D-12 Islamabad's Development History:

CDA launched D-12 in 1994, and it’s since become one of the few fully developed sectors in the D-series — most of the D-sectors (D-11 through D-17) remain undeveloped, which makes D-12 something of an outlier and a big part of its appeal. The sector’s master plan balances residential, commercial, and recreational space while working around the natural slope of the foothill terrain.
