F-7 sits just west of F-6, close to the Pakistan Secretariat and PM House, and right beside the Margalla Hills, Daman-e-Koh, and Faisal Avenue. It’s one of the earliest-developed and most upscale sectors in the city, and its closeness to key government buildings and high-security surroundings has long made it a preferred address for foreign nationals and senior officials.
Faisal Avenue gives F-7 a direct run south to Zero Point and the Islamabad Expressway, and continuing south connects residents to the New Islamabad International Airport — a genuinely convenient link for a sector this central.
F-7 is divided into four sub-sectors — F-7/1, F-7/2, F-7/3, and F-7/4 — all interlinked via Nazim-ud-Din Road and built around F-7 Markaz, better known as Jinnah Super Market. Plot sizes in the sector’s residential plan run from 5 Marla up to 4 Kanal, though most are in the 10 Marla to 1 Kanal range, giving F-7 more large-format housing than many of its neighbours.
