G-15 sits between G-14 and G-16 in the FGEHA belt west of central Islamabad, continuing the same government-employee housing corridor that includes G-13 and G-14.
G-15 Islamabad's Development
History and Status
G-15 is another FGEHA scheme, home to housing projects including the Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, FGEHA’s Lifestyle Residency, and the G-15/3 Housing Scheme. Development has been ongoing for some years, with significant progress made across the sector’s sub-sectors.
There’s an important, fairly recent wrinkle worth flagging: alongside notices about completion certificates being issued for G-15/3 in 2026, FGEHA also issued a public notice regarding the re-planning of G-15/3 specifically, in February 2026. That means parts of this sub-sector’s layout have been under active revision even as other parts of it near completion — genuinely worth double-checking block by block before any purchase in G-15/3.
