Where Is I-16, Islamabad Located ?

I-16 sits in the eastern zone of Islamabad, near I-14, I-15, and H-16, with access via the Islamabad Expressway, IJP Road, and the M-1 Motorway. That combination of routes gives I-16 solid long-term connectivity even while much of the sector is still developing.

I-16 Islamabad's Development Status

I-16 is directly developed and managed by CDA rather than a private housing society, which means plot files come with CDA-approved NOCs, master plan documentation, and zoning available through official channels — a meaningful legal-security advantage over private schemes at a similar development stage.

Development is progressing but not yet complete: main roads are developed, while sewerage and electricity connections are still being extended. Sub-sectors I-16/1 and I-16/4 are drawing particular attention from investors and builders thanks to visible road infrastructure and clearer plot demarcation compared with the sector’s other blocks.
