Where Is I-14, Islamabad Located ?

I-14 sits on the southwestern edge of Islamabad, connecting to Rawalpindi to the south, with I-13 to its east and I-15 to its west. It’s reached via the Islamabad-Peshawar Motorway (M-1) through the Peshawar Interchange, and it’s located near Peshawar Road, which keeps plot prices comparatively economical for a CDA-developed sector this close to the motorway network.

I-14 Islamabad's Development History

CDA launched I-14 on 25 June 1989, aiming to meet the growing housing demands of Islamabad’s expanding population. A comprehensive master plan for the sector, covering roughly 3,500 acres, was approved by CDA in 2008, giving I-14 a clearer, more modern development framework than some of its older I-sector neighbours.
